We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. If you can place an order to your country, we will ship to you!

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after your purchase. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

As our products are shipped internationally, delivery times can vary. While we strive for prompt delivery, please allow for the following estimated delivery timeframe:

 * Standard International Shipping: 15-45 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of C$3.95 per order, regardless of the number of items.

Tracking Information

Please note that we currently do not provide tracking information for orders. This allows us to offer more affordable shipping rates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 * Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package does not arrive within 60 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will conduct a thorough investigation with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.

 * Damaged Items: If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 3-5 days of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the damage, along with your order number. We will work diligently to provide a satisfactory resolution, which may include a full refund, partial refund, or a replacement, depending on the severity of the damage and our internal review.

Returns & Exchanges Related to Shipping

 * Buyer's Remorse: If you wish to return an item due to buyer's remorse, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

 * Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: For items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid return label if applicable. In some cases, particularly for low-value items due to high international return shipping costs, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
